From the supplier: California State Assembly member Sheila Kuehl has introduced a bill that would lift the 0,000 limit on pain and suffering damages in medical malpractice cases in certain circumstances. Trial lawyers supporting the bill say it will only punish bad doctors. However, the health care community opposes it, believing the wording will be interpreted in such a way as to virtually eliminate the limit.
